Marines from 4th Landing Support Battalion and Sailors from Naval Beach Group 2 position a 7-ton Medium Tactical Vehicle as it is moved from the USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo, a maritime prepositioning ship, unto the Improved Navy Lighterage System. The Marines are transferring the equipment in order to test the INLS at sea and to conduct an humanitarian assistance mission in Monrovia, Liberia.
