Tim Shearer, a heavy mobile equipment mechanic at Letterkenny Army Depot, utilizes a manufacturing integration and intelligence kiosk to initiate a production order, which now can take seconds to accomplish using the non-person entity token rather than multiple minutes.
Members of LEAD established a MII kiosk at one of the depot's production facilities to allow shop floor artisans to start, stop or complete operations more efficiently.
By using this relatively new technology, supervisors can log in using a NPE token to enable other team members to input production data in significantly less time.
