Heckl, commanding general of Combat Development Command and Deputy Commandant of Combat Development and Integration, observe the Elizabeth River within the bridge of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock, USS Arlington (LPD 24), Norfolk, Va., May 14, 2024.
