Richard Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay and Commanding Officer, U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, congratulates Army Capt. Kasey Cockefair, officer-in-charge of the new veterinary treatment facility after a ribbon cutting ceremony, May 13. The new facility, funded by Defense Health Agency and built in coordination with Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, opened May 16.
