U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Tyler Marshall, a joint fire support specialist at Fort Bliss, Texas, assists U.S. Army Sgt. JaJuan Ferdinand, a signal support specialist assigned to the Army Futures Command Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate at Fort Moore, Ga., during a land navigation class held at the Joint Modernized Command headquarters located at Fort Bliss, Texas, May 7, 2024. JMC held a week-long training event focused on land navigation, weapons qualification, and physical fitness to prepare the Futures and Concepts Center squad to take part in the upcoming Army Futures Command Best Squad Competition scheduled to take place at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., from June 2-7, 2024.
