Dr. Rory Cooper, the founding director and Veterans Affairs senior research career scientist of the Human Engineering Research Laboratories, a Veterans Affairs Research and Development Center of Excellence in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, explains the lab’s functions and projects that the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare Systems undertakes.
