Maj. Gen. Thomas M. Feltey, incoming Commanding General of the 1st Cavalry Division, passes back the division colors to Command Sgt. Maj. LeVares J. Jackson, Command Sergeant Major of the 1st Cavalry Division, during a change of command ceremony August 2, 2024, in Boleslawiec, Poland. Feltey was previously the Deputy Commanding General of Operations of III Armored Corps in Fort Cavazos, Texas and he will remain to lead Task Force Pegasus during the Division’s European Rotation.
