SUITLAND, Md. (August 9, 2024) Rear Adm. Mike Brookes (left), Commander, Office of Naval Intelligence, returns a salute from Capt. Ruth Lane, commanding officer of Farragut Technical Analysis Center, during the ONI FTAC change of command ceremony. Capt. Devron Eakins relieved Lane as the FTAC commanding officer. FTAC provides scientific and technical assessments of adversary systems, working with ONI to enable decision advantage for Navy and national security customers, minimize technical surprise for our forces, and help maximize U.S. Navy acquisition investments.
