SUITLAND, Md. (August 9, 2024) Rear Adm. Mike Brookes (right), Commander, Office of Naval Intelligence, returns a salute from Capt. Devron Eakins during the ONI Farragut Technical Analysis Center change of command ceremony. Eakins relieved Capt. Ruth Lane as the FTAC commanding officer. FTAC provides scientific and technical assessments of adversary systems, working with ONI to enable decision advantage for Navy and national security customers, minimize technical surprise for our forces, and help maximize U.S. Navy acquisition investments.
