SUITLAND, Md. (August 9, 2024) Capt. Devron Eakins (left), salutes Capt. Ruth Lane, commanding officer of Farragut Technical Analysis Center, during the Office of Naval Intelligence FTAC change of command ceremony on August 9, 2024 at the National Maritime Intelligence Center. Eakins relieved Lane as the FTAC commanding officer. FTAC provides scientific and technical assessments of adversary systems, working with ONI to enable decision advantage for Navy and national security customers, minimize technical surprise for our forces, and help maximize U.S. Navy acquisition investments.
