Chefif Ousmane, Chief of Land Forces, speaks during the 2024 African Land Forces Colloquium (ALFC) hosted by the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) at Padova, Italy, Sept. 11, 2024. ALFC 2024 brings together military and civilian experts to discuss “Integrated Approaches to Regional Security in Africa”.
