Richard Rusnok, the commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni and a native of Pennsylvania talks about U.S. Navy sailor, aviation electronics technician 2nd class Alejandro Palos, Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Detachment and a native of Texas, accomplishments on MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Sept. 19, 2024. The Impact Iwakuni award is presented monthly to recipients that make a positive impact on the community, and AT2 Palos won the award for over 750 hours of volunteer service and multiple other efforts.
