The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District’s repair fleet completes repairs at the downstream bulkhead within the partially-dewatered primary-lock chamber at Hannibal Locks and Dam on the Ohio River in Hannibal, Ohio, Sept. 13, 2024.
