Ryan McCrillis addresses the newest members of the PHNSY & IMF's Chief’s Mess. Ten Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Sailors were promoted to chief petty officer during a ceremony held on the lawn of historic building 1 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Sept. 27, 2024. PHNSY & IMF is the largest, most comprehensive Fleet repair and maintenance facility between the U.S. West Coast and the Far East and provides a capable, ready and "Fit to Fight" Fleet.
