PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Sept. 27, 2024) – Machinist's Mate Chief Petty Officer Luke Newton receives his new cover from a fellow Chief during the chief petty officer pinning ceremony at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility. Ten Sailors were promoted to chief petty officer during a ceremony held on the lawn of historic building 1 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Sept. 27, 2024.
