North Carolina State University Army ROTC Cadet and N.C. The two cadets were part of 65 other members of NCNG Recruiting and Retention Detachment IV, Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) based in Morrisville, N.C. The unit trains future soldiers and leaders in order for them to learn common soldier Tasks and develop leadership skills in preparation for army basic combat training.
