Scott Grogan, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency short term individual augmentee and family physician, examines a Lao patient during a medical outreach event on a recovery mission in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Nov. 14, 2024. U.S. military members saw over 140 Lao citizens during the event where they provided locals with needed medication and supplies.
