Dr. Stasya Zarling, Director of the Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), speaks to members of the Community Advisory Board (CAB) about the PBF during a tour at WRAIR in Silver Spring, Maryland, December 6, 2024. The CAB toured WRAIR to learn more about WRAIR’s Clinical Trials Center, Insectary, and the PBF. The CAB provides the community with direct input into WRAIR’s infectious disease research, and helps build relationships between WRAIR and local communities.
