Norfolk Naval Shipyard Woodcraft Shop (Shop 64) Woodcrafter Kristopher Giberson has been with Norfolk Naval Shipyard for 18 years. Although his role has changed over the years, he enjoys what he is doing now. “I consider myself the ‘old guy’ who is passing the knowledge and skill that I have gained over the years to the young apprentices coming through so that one day, they will become the ‘old guy’ passing down their knowledge and skills.”
