An Iraq construction worker mixes mortar to be used in a facade in the mainn entryway of the Basra Children's Hospital in Basra, Iraq May 2. The Gulf Region South Coast Corps of Engineers is coordinating efforts with 9 different Iraqi firms to build the hospital with a projected opening of February 2009.
