U.S. Army Sgt. Rio Brown, a health care specialist assigned to the 204th Medical Company Area Support, applies moulage to a simulated casualty in preparation for a base defense exercise at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Feb. 7, 2025. Moulage was used in the training exercise to create realistic injuries on simulated patients, allowing emergency response teams involved in Coalition operations to practice assessment, treatment, and emergency response skills for real-world situations.
