Moulage make up is used to simulate a casualty as part of preparing for a base defense exercise at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Feb. 7, 2025. Moulage was used in the training exercise to create realistic injuries on simulated patients, allowing emergency response teams involved in Coalition operations to practice assessment, treatment, and emergency response skills for real-world situations.
