Seaman Gergal Lujero, Expeditionary Medical Facility 150 Alpha’s En Route Care Course Corpsman, demonstrates and assists in proper litter bearing techniques during hot and cold loads with a UH-60 at Soto Cano Air Base, Comayagua, Honduras, on Feb. 4, 2025. Twenty-three Joint American medical providers attended a 3-day en route care training course, receiving instruction and hands-on experience with en route care, aviation safety, and patient packaging.
