A flight medic from the U.S. Army 228th Aviation Regiment transports a patient in a UH-60 as part of a Joint American-Honduran En Route Care exercise at Soto Cano Air Base, Comayagua, Honduras, on Feb. 6, 2025. Twenty-three Joint American medical providers attended a 3-day en route care training course, receiving instruction and hands-on experience with en route care, aviation safety, and patient packaging. For 250 years, Navy Medicine has navigated the globe, actively rendering assistance to our warfighters by keeping them healthy and sustaining their readiness requirements to stay in the fight.
