Soldiers from the 510th Human Resources Company, Division Sustainment Troops Battalion, 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade, play a few different games during the drum circle portion of the H2F-hosted Company Climb Synergy Symposium at Fort Drum, New York, Feb. 27, 2025. With little to no musical experience, the Soldiers relied on teamwork, active listening, and nonverbal communication to synchronize their drumming. The exercise reinforced the importance of adaptability and collaboration, demonstrating how effective communication can overcome challenges in any environment.
