Capt. Gryszowka, an occupational therapist with the 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade Holistic Health and Fitness program, led a class on personality dynamics during the H2F-hosted Company Climb Synergy Symposium at Fort Drum, New York, Feb. 27, 2025. Soldiers participated in a personality assessment that categorized traits into four distinct animal groups, each representing different communication and leadership styles. Through interactive discussions, Soldiers learned how to recognize their own strengths and adapt their approach when working with different personality types. This exercise helped enhance self-awareness, improve teamwork, and foster stronger relationships within the unit. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. 1st Class Travis Fontane).
