) BACAU, Timor-Leste (Feb. 13, 2025) LTJG Sean Kee from River Edge, New Jersey and Utilityman 2nd class Dylan Bohm (Middle Left) from Clark, New Jersey, attached to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 ( NMCB-3), lead Major Aaron Harris (Middle right), Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation, and Chasen Peabody, Region Security Office at the U.S. Embassy on a customer tour of the project site. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations, activities, and investments. The battalion operates at the unit-of-action level to support major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility, with expertise in airfield, waterfront, and advanced base construction.
