NORFOLK, Va. (March 24, 2025) Lt. Cmdr. Mckensey Cobb, the public affairs officer aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1), introduces Cmdr. Ike, the ship’s expeditionary facility dog, to members of NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT) Executive Development Programme (EDP) during a tour on the ship’s quarterdeck, March 24, 2025. The NATO-wide EDP aims to build and develop a network of talented international civilians across the alliance and helps participants better understand the challenges NATO faces in a rapidly changing world.
