Norfolk, Va. (Apr. 4, 2025) – Eleven U.S. Navy medical reservists assigned to hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20) visited Military Sealift Command’s fleet replenishment oiler USNS Joshua Humphreys (T-AO 188) at Naval Station Norfolk, Apr. 3, for a tour and lunch, offering a unique maritime experience for the entire team.

USNS Joshua Humphreys' food service team have been the recipient of the Capt. David M. Cook Award for food service excellence in the Medium Afloat category for three consecutive years, in 2021, 2022, and 2023. "The culinary team takes immense pride in providing high-quality meals for our crew and guests, and we appreciate your patronage. We hope you enjoyed your lunch," said Operations Chief Larry J. Gonzales.
