Connecticut Army National Guard Sgt. Alexander Tixi, a combat medic specialist assigned to the 141st Medical Company (Ground Ambulance), 118th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, fires an M4A1 carbine during the stress shoot portion of the 2025 Connecticut Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition, at the Connecticut Army National Guard Training Center East Haven Rifle Range, East Haven, Connecticut, March 20, 2025. The stress shoot started with a series of physical challenges to induce artificial stress on the competitors.
