William Palmer, outgoing commanding officer of Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), meritoriously promotes Aviation Structural Mechanic Third Class Hunter McPeters to second class petty officer during a change of command ceremony on board Naval Air Station Jacksonville. Peters was recently named Command, Fleet Readiness Center’s 2024 Junior Sailor of the Year for consistently demonstrating exceptional professionalism, dedication and initiative.
