Soldiers assigned to the 210th Military Police Company wait in line outside the auditorium at Southwestern Community College prior to entering their deployment ceremony here, April 17. The group of 30 soldiers will deploy to Afghanistan to conduct security and enforcement operations and customs inspection support for redeploying units in the region. One of the group’s tasks, custom’s inspection will help units redeploying from Afghanistan reduce the military foot print there in 2014.
