Army 1st Lt. James Rossi, Forward Detachment commander of the 210th Military Police Company addresses his soldiers and their friends and family during the group’s deployment ceremony at Southwestern Community College here, April 17. The group of 30 soldiers will deploy to Afghanistan to conduct security and enforcement operations and customs inspection support for redeploying units in the region. One of the group’s tasks, custom’s inspection will help units redeploying from Afghanistan reduce the military foot print there in 2014.
