Keirra Ray, left, and Tanya Arthur, both students of the Logan Elementary Kindergarten class, sing the song "The World's Greatest,” during a groundbreaking ceremony at Fort Bliss, Texas, April 17, 2013. The ceremony kicks off the start of construction of a new school to be completed for school year 2014-2015. Logan is the first of 20 schools selected by Department of Defense for funding in the amount of more than $13 million for the scheduled construction. The school is scheduled to open in the fall of 2014. The project will replace all of the old campus except the pre-kindergarten wing and the new all-purpose building, which opened two years ago.
