    A scout from El Paso, Texas, Troop 4 of the Boy Scouts of America leans over the edge of the Air Assault Tower at Fort Bliss, Texas, while Cadet Mason P. Livingston, a rappel master and University of Texas at El Paso Reserve Officer Training Corps student, coaches him, April 27. The Boy Scouts had to slowly lower themselves off the side of the tower before they could jump off and rappel down.
