Austin F. Garibay, a Life Scout from El Paso, Texas, Troop 4 of the Boy Scouts of America climbs a rope at the Air Assault Obstacle Course at Fort Bliss, Texas, April 27. Although Austin knew how to properly climb a rope with both his hands and feet, he decided to show off his upper-body strength by climbing with just his hands.
