A U.S. Marine Corps honor guard member places the remains of Pfc. Albert Edwin Klatt, a World War II veteran, in a niche at Arlington National Cemetery’s new Columbarium Court No. 9 May 9, 2013. The cemetery dedicated its new columbarium court by conducting a joint full honors committal service for six unclaimed remains of veterans from all branches of the armed forces. The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, oversaw the construction of the columbarium, which is more than twice the size of the next-largest columbarium at Arlington.
