Honor guard members hold flags over the remains of six unclaimed veterans from all branches of military during a dedication ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery May 9, 2013. The remains were the first to be inurned at the cemetery’s new Columbarium Court No. 9, the construction of which was overseen by the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
