Cpl. Chris Galliher won first place, Lt. j.g. Glen Woods won second place and Justin Robinson won third in the 285 pound pankration weight class at the U.S. Military Pankration Championships held at Camp Pendleton’s 52-area Gym May 18. The U.S. Military Pankration Championships are held annually by U.S. Fight League and Semper Fit on Camp Pendleton for all service members. Galliher is a postal clerk at Headquarters and Support Battalion here. Woods is an electrical officer on the USS Dewey. Robinson is a fire fighter at Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twenty Nine Palms, California.
