"Udder Chaos" shipmates – Army Spc. Cody Black and Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Josh Bruns – cruise past the flotsam of fellow competitors during the annual U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Great Cardboard Box Boat Regatta, held May 31, 2008. "Udder Chaos" was one of 33 entries this year – a record for the competition – and won the award for "Best Titanic," a reference to capsizing. Joint Task Force Guantanamo conducts safe and humane care and custody of detained enemy combatants. The JTF conducts interrogation operations to collect strategic intelligence in support of the Global War on Terror and supports law enforcement and war crimes investigations. JTF Guantanamo is committed to the safety and security of American service members and civilians working inside its detention facilities.
