Soldiers from B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 377th Parachute Field Artillery Regiment, work to remove packing material and assemble a M119A2 105 mm howitzer after it was airdropped onto Malamute Drop Zone, June 4, 2013. Paratroopers from the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, conducted airborne operation with C-17 Globemaster aircraft delivering more than 300 soldiers and equipment. Operation Spartan Reach, a three-day mass exercise simulating rapid deployment into a hostile area, is the largest of its kind since the unit's activation in 2005.
