Cavalrymen of 6th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, demonstrate, to a crowed of aspiring soldiers, how the litter is used in combat. The first aid station was part of a children's "Spur Ride" held at Fort Knox, Ky., June 21. For soldiers the Spur Ride is an honored tradition which tests soldiers both mentally and physically in a variety of Army related tasks. The children's Spur Ride incorporated those tasks into related events for the families. (U.S. Army Photo By: Sgt. Thomas Duval, 3/1 Public Affairs)
