    Gov. Scott Walker and Maj. Gen. Donald Dunbar, adjutant general of Wisconsin, greet more than 130 members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard's 229th Engineer Company of Prairie du Chien and Platteville, Wis., and the 106th Quarry Detachment from Tomah, Wis., upon their arrival at Volk Field, Wis., Thursday (July 11) following a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan.
