Over 60 Sons of Iraq attending opening day of classes in the city of Hawijah, June 15. They are a part of a pilot literacy program designed by Soldiers of 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 10th Mountain Division that will be the model for Iraq's future national program that is to assist SOI to transition from the SOI program into the Iraq security forces. ISF requires a candidate to be able to read and write.
