Philippine Seabees and U.S. Navy Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5’s Construction Civic Action Detail Philippines work together painting the exterior of a building. The team is building a two-classroom masonry building for the Simpucan Elementary School. Seabees conduct CCAD operations in order to demonstrate U.S. commitment, develop enduring relationships, improve public infrastructure for the delivery of essential services and strengthen local institutions with host and partner nations around the world.
