The Chemical Biological Incident Response Force Color Guard honors the memory of Lance Cpl. Terry E. Honeycutt, Jr., during a building dedication ceremony on Aug. 7. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Divisions' Explosives Department Facility Administration Building and Change House was dedicated in Honeycutt's honor Aug. 7. Honeycutt died of wounds he received during combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan in 2010.
