Cpl. (Ret.) Jeffrey Cole and Cpl. Eamon Turnbull examine the plaque honoring Lance Cpl. Terry E. Honeycutt, Jr., who they served with in Afghanistan. Honeycutt died of wounds received during combat operations in Helmand Province in 2010. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Divisions' Explosives Department Facility Administration Building and Change House was dedicated in Honeycutt's honor Aug. 7.
