Lt. Col. James Fulwood, former battalion commander of 2nd Battalion, 9th Marines, speaks to the audience in attendance about the impact Lance Cpl. Terry E. Honeycutt, Jr., had on the battalion during their deployment to Helmand province, Afghanistan in 2010. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technical Divisions' Explosives Department Facility Administration Building and Change House was dedicated in Honeycutt's honor Aug. 7. Fulwood is currently the commanding officer of Wounded Warrior Battalion West at Camp Pendleton.
