A destroyed train makes up part of the mass transit section of the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center here, Aug. 10. The train adds variety to the site so that no possibility is ignored. "When the Indiana National Guard took over the site in July of 2005, we came in and started making this place literally the best urban training facility in the military inventory," said Sgt. 1st Class Brad Staggs, MUTC public affairs officer and a soldier with the Indiana National Guard out of Indianapolis."You can't get this kind of city environment anywhere else."
