A mannequin lays on the ground in front of building 104, a collapsed structure, during Vibrant Response 13-2, Aug. 12. "Sixty-two buildings were original to the site when the Indiana National Guard took over and some of them we just couldn't save," said Sgt. 1st Class Brad Staggs, Muscatatuck Urban Training Center public affairs officer and soldier with the Indiana National Guard out of Indianapolis. "Building 104 is now a great search and recovery lane, because we allowed the building to collapse in on itself and then added additional rubble to it." Service members and civilians participating in Vibrant Response have to search through the rubble to find and rescue simulated citizens injured in the blast. (U.S. Army photo by Spc. Bradley J.
